That's why the next step is a consultation call. On that call, we will go over the nuts and bolts of your unique project needs so we can give you a final price. We'll follow that up with an invoice breakdown so you know exactly how much you can expect to pay. We typically don't quote hourly rates because we want you to feel confident in the final price. You shouldn't have to worry when things come up that take extra time to fix, or how that's going to affect your final bill. Our aim is for total transparency—we simply list where the price starts so that once we get on the call, you don't have sticker shock. We value both your time and ours, and want to ensure we're on the same page right from the get-go.

The length of time depends on the package you select, but because time is money, our goal is to get your project done as efficiently as possible. Now, that doesn't mean we'll get on a call, and we'll be able to start working on your branding the next day. In order to nail our timeline so you can reveal your new branding to the masses, it's going to take some homework. We provide a series of questionnaires to better understand your business and values before starting the design process. We'll discuss design dates to get you on our calendar and hammer out an exact timeline for you and your unique project on the consultation call.

*Brand Strategy and Logo design typically takes 4 weeks, while Comprehensive Branding and Web Design often takes 6-8 weeks.

We use a CRM called Honeybook to process contracts and payments. That means you get a digital contract you can instantly e-sign and a digital invoice you can easily pay with just a few clicks online. After our consultation call, we require a 50% deposit up front to lock in your dates and get you on our calendar. After that, we get to work, and you pay the final invoice once we’re finished and ready to roll out your new brand.
